Shipping within Germany
Standard shipping within Germany is free of charge from an order value of 495 EUR and takes approx. 1 - 3 working days, depending on availability. For all orders with a lower basket value, shipping costs of 5 EUR apply.
Shipping by DHL Express costs 15 EUR. Please note that we must receive your order by 2 pm (Timezone: Berlin) on weekdays, and the article(s) must be available for dispatch from Hamburg. Your order will be delivered by the end of the day on the following working day. Don't hesitate to contact our customer service by phone or email if you would like an early day delivery or a Saturday delivery.
Free In-Store Collection
You can collect your order from one of our stores free of charge. Please get in touch with our customer service to discuss the details.
Shipping within EU
Standard shipping within the EU is free for orders over 995 EUR and takes approximately 2-4 business days, depending on availability. For all orders with a lower basket value, shipping costs of 8 EUR apply.

Return & Exchange
You have 14 days after receiving your parcel to arrange a return or exchange an item. One DHL return label for returns from Germany and other EU countries is enclosed with your parcel. If you would like to make an exchange, please get in touch with our customer service by emailing [email protected] or calling us at +494041401030.
Exchange is possible if the product you want is available in the correct size and colour. As soon as we receive the item you have returned, the replacement will be dispatched to you. Additional charges may apply. Please note that returns or exchanges can only be made for unworn, unwashed items in flawless condition. If an item is worn or damaged, Iris von Arnim GmbH is not obliged to take back or exchange the goods. Click here for the sample cancellation form.
Refund of the purchase price
The purchase price refund will be made in the same payment method as the purchase. Please note that up to 14 days may elapse between the receipt of the return and the credit to be issued. As soon as we have received your return and carried out a reversal, we will inform you by e-mail. If you have chosen to pay by credit card, the length of time it takes to receive a refund will depend on your credit institution. Your credit will be visible on your next credit card statement.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to arrange a return. To return your order, please get in touch with our Customer Service. Please let us know which items you would like to return. If there is no return label enclosed with your parcel, we will send you a return slip for your respective national postal company (DHL) or for our shipping service provider UPS, by e-mail. Please print out this form and use it to frank your parcel. You can drop off your return at a post office of DHL. If you have your return made by UPS, you can arrange a collection appointment or drop off your package at one of the UPS Mailbox Shops. The respective shipping service provider depends on your country of delivery. Please quote your order number with all enquiries.
