Festive desserts we love.

RECIPE: RED INGE
Ingredients for a serving of 6 glasses:
- 125 g fresh raspberries
- 500 g frozen raspberries
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 200 g yoghurt
- packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tb of sugar
- 200 g Meringue
Preparation: Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and sugar until semi-stiff. Stir in the yoghurt. Crumble the meringue. In a glass bowl, layer frozen raspberries, meringue crumbs and cream-yoghurt mixture. Repeat as desired. Finally, garnish with fresh raspberries.
Suggestion: To be served within 2-3 hours.
RECIPE: CHAMPAGNE LEMON SORBET
Ingredients for 6 people:
- 1 cup (500 ml) lemon sorbet
- 1 bottle of champagne
- Mint for decoration
- Beforehand: Chill the champagne bowls in the refrigerator.
Preparation: Shape the sorbet into balls with two spoons and place in the cold champagne bowls. Open the champagne and pour over the sorbet. Decorate with mint.
Suggestion: Sorbet can be changed as desired, raspberry sorbet also tastes good
with rose champagne.
