Information on shipping, delivery costs and returns.

Shipping within Germany

Standard shipping within Germany is free of charge from an order value of EUR 495 and takes approx. 1-3 working days. For all orders with a lower basket value, shipping costs of EUR 5 apply.


Express Shipping within Germany

Shipping via DHL Express costs EUR 15. Please note that your order must be received by us on weekdays by 2 PM and be ready for shipping from Hamburg. Delivery will be completed by the end of the next business day. If you require delivery at the beginning of the day or on a Saturday, please contact our customer service by phone or email.


In-Store pick-up

You can collect your order from one of our stores free of charge. Please get in touch with our customer service to discuss the details.


Shipping to Switzerland 

Shipping to Switzerland by UPS costs EUR 25. We will pay all customs and handling fees for import to Switzerland and insure the goods. The item prices include customs and handling charges, but do not include German VAT or CH sales tax. Customs and handling charges, as well as shipping costs, will not be refunded in the event of a return.

Shipping within EU

Standard shipping within the EU is free for orders over EUR 995 and takes approximately 2-4 business days. For all orders with a lower basket value, shipping costs of EUR 8 apply.


Shipping to US and Canada

Shipping to the US via UPS Express (DDP) costs USD 45. We take care of all customs and handling fees for the import into the USA and insure the goods. The item prices include customs and handling fees, but do not include German VAT or US sales tax. Shipping fees will not be refunded in the event of a return.

Please note that orders above USD 2,500 shipped to the US require a formal customs clearance. DHL/UPS may contact you to retrieve your federal Tax ID or a social security number in order to complete the delivery to your doorstep.

Return & Exchange

You have 14 days after receiving your parcel to arrange a return or exchange an item. One DHL return label for returns from Germany and other EU countries is enclosed with your parcel. If you would like to make an exchange, please get in touch with our customer service by emailing [email protected] or calling us at +494041401030

Exchange is possible if the product you want is available in the correct size and colour. As soon as we receive the item you have returned, the replacement will be dispatched to you. Additional charges may apply. Please note that returns or exchanges can only be made for unworn, unwashed items in flawless condition. If an item is worn or damaged, Iris von Arnim GmbH is not obliged to take back or exchange the goods. Click here for the sample cancellation form.


Refund

The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. Please note that it may take up to 14 days from the receipt of the return for the refund to be issued. Once we receive your return and complete the refund process, we will notify you via email. If you paid by credit card, the refund processing time will depend on your credit card provider, and the credit will appear on your next statement.

 

International returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to arrange a return. 

To return your order, please get in touch with our Customer Service. Please let us know which items you would like to return. If there is no return label enclosed with your parcel, we will send you a return slip for your respective national postal company (DHL) or for our shipping service provider UPS, by e-mail. Please print out this form and use it to frank your parcel. You can drop off your return at a post office of DHL. If you have your return made by UPS, you can arrange a collection appointment or drop off your package at one of the UPS Mailbox Shops. The respective shipping service provider depends on your country of delivery. Please quote your order number with all enquiries.
