Shipping within the EU
Standard shipping within the EU is free for orders over EUR 980 (for Germany over EUR 495) and takes approximately 2-4 business days, depending on availability. For all orders below this value, a shipping fee of EUR 5 (for Austria EUR 8) will apply.
Shipping via DHL Express costs EUR 15 (for Austria EUR 20). Please note that
your order must be placed by 2:00 p.m. CET on working days and must be
available for dispatch from Hamburg. Delivery will be completed by the end of
the following working day.

US
You can shop from the US via irisvonarnim.com/us. Express shipping to the US is free for orders over USD 1,590 and takes approximately 2-5 business days, depending on availability. For all orders below this value, a shipping fee of USD 25 will apply.We cover customs and handling fees for imports to the US and insure the goods. Product prices include customs and handling fees; U.S. sales tax will be charged at checkout. Shipping costs will not be refunded in the event of a return.
Please note: For orders over USD 800 shipped to the US, formal customs clearance is required. The shipping carrier may contact you and request your tax identification number or social security number to complete delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
You have 14 days after receiving your package to initiate a return or exchange.
Please note that returns are only accepted for unworn, unwashed, and flawless
items with the original hangtags attached. If an item has been worn or damaged,
Iris von Arnim GmbH is not obliged to accept the return or exchange. You can
access the sample withdrawal form on the end of this page.
To initiate your return, please visit the Returns Portal and follow the instructions below:
Enter your order number and the email address associated with your order.
Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return.
Print the return label and securely pack the items you wish to return in the original packaging.
Attach the return label to the outside of your package.
You can either have your package picked up by DHL Express or drop it off at any DHL Express service point within the country where it was originally delivered.
To find the nearest service point, visit https://locator.dhl.com, select your country, and enter your address or postal code.

Parcels for which the customer’s identification (surname, first name, address,
and tracking number) is not possible will not be accepted.
For returns from Germany a DHL return label is included in your package. If your package does not include a return label, you can create one here.
For returns from Austria, please create your return label here.
Refunds
The refund will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase. Please note that it may take up to 14 days from the receipt of your return until the credit is processed. Once we have received your return and completed the refund, we will notify you by email.
If you paid by credit card, the time required for the refund to appear depends on your credit card provider. The credit will be visible on your next credit card statement.
