E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager (all genders)


You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies to increase website traffic, optimize conversion rates, and maximize revenue across all digital channels of the Iris von Arnim website. You are not just an expert, but also a passionate driver who continuously improves our digital presence and achieves our goals.


Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid search and paid social marketing campaigns in line with budgets and targets.
  • Monitor spend in line with budgets daily and steer to maximize ROAS. Be responsible for proactively finding areas of improvement.
  • Develop, plan and execute email campaign calendar.
  • Weekly execution of all email newsletters, ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging and sales objectives.
  • Deliver day-to-day implementation and updating of all marketing calendar actions relating to ecommerce. Leading on the creation of onpage content and campaigns, working closely with the Marketing team to develop engaging content for the website and all digital channels.
  • Monitoring of SEO integrity of the website and all new content.
  • Analyze and report on content and campaign performance (paid and organic channels) weekly, monthly, and annually ensuring KPIs are being met. Ensure data is trusted and insights are used daily to drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify digital trends and conduct tests to optimize performance across website, email content and other campaign elements. 

Key requirements: 
  • 2+ years’ experience in performance marketing, with significant hands-on experience of implementation and optimization of ecommerce performance marketing campaigns. Experience of managing search, performance max and paid social (especially IG, FB)
  • Advanced knowledge in Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Manager. Experience with Youtube and Tik Tok would be a plus.
  • Understanding of budget management, KPIs and how to manage performance to adhere to these for both Paid Search and Paid Social.
  • Must have experience in building and creating email newsletters from copy and building layout to distribution and reporting, preferably within the luxury/fashion/lifestyle sector; Mailchimp experience is a plus.
  • Photoshop and/or InDesign experience required.
  • Proven experience in creating website content, i.e. landing pages, and working with content and ecommerce management platforms.
  • Process driven with strong attention to detail and a focus on driving forward best practice as well as a ‘test and learn’ approach. Proven ability to problem solve.
  • Data driven approach to marketing with excellent analytical and Excel skills.
  • Excellent project and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task across projects and deliver to deadlines.
  • Creative, innovative, agile and proactive.
  • A passion for luxury retail/fashion would be a plus.
  • Very good English and German skills are a must.
