We offer you  free returns on all your purchases. If you wish to return or exchange merchandise, you have 14 days from the date of delivery.

Repair Service

We offer a repair service for your Iris von Arnim products. The repair adheres to the highest quality standards and is carried out meticulously by hand, which may take 5 - 8 weeks. Contact our customer service if you wish an item to be repaired.

Exclusive Gift Packaging

We will ship your order in exclusive packaging. The packaging is created to be kept and reused. If you choose the gift option, you can add a personal note that will be handwritten for you.

Waitlist Service

If your favorite product is currently out of stock, join the waitlist to be notified as soon as the item becomes available again in your size.

Click & Collect

Shop conveniently online and pick up your order at one of our stores in Munich, Vienna, or Sylt. If you choose not to keep any items, you can also return them to any of our boutiques.

Courier Service Hamburg

Personal delivery of your order within one day in Hamburg. Please provide your phone number and preferred delivery time during the checkout process.
