Kreditkarte
We generally accept credit cards from Mastercard, VISA, and American Express. When a payment is made by credit card, the amount is reserved on the customer’s card at the time of the order. The actual charge is processed when the dispatch confirmation is sent via email. Any refund claims will be credited to the customer's credit card account by Iris von Arnim within 14 days.
Our secure server software with SSL encryption ensures the protection of credit card data against interception and manipulation during transmission. Refunds from returns will always be credited back to the credit card used for the original purchase.
PayPal
With PayPal, you can make purchases quickly and easily without having to provide your credit card information on the website. If you do not have a PayPal account and would like to create one, visit paypal.com. Your advantages with PayPal:
- Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal
- You pay with just a few clicks
- Your payment arrives immediately
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. You will then receive a confirmation email from our online shop and from PayPal. Credit notes from returns will be credited back to the PayPal account used for the purchase.
Apple Pay
If you choose the Apple Pay payment method, the payment will be processed via the Apple Pay function of your end device running iOS, watchOS or macOS by charging a payment card deposited with Apple Pay. Apple Pay uses security functions that are integrated into the hardware and software of your device to protect your transactions. To release a payment, you must enter a code that you have previously specified and verify it using the Face ID or Touch ID function on your device.
