Returns
We would like to offer you a convenient return process. You can easily return your goods to us within 14 days by following the steps below:
1. Fill out the return receipt enclosed with your order including the reason for return and place it in the box.
2. Pack the unworn, undamaged garments, with their attached hangtags in their original packaging in the box.
3. Seal the package safely and attach the return address label on the top of the package so that the old address label is no longer visible.
4. Drop off the package at the parcel store of the respective shipping service provider and keep the return posting slip until we have received your return. In most cases, you can also arrange a pick-up from your home or hand it to the driver of the respective shipping service provider. It's important that you keep the return posting slip, so you receive the tracking number for your return.
Important: please use only the return label enclosed with the package. This is the only way we can track the delivery and the goods are insured by us.
