Festive Desserts

The Taste of Christmas 
Festive desserts we love.

RECIPE: RED INGE  
 Ingredients for a serving of 6 glasses: 

  • 125 g fresh raspberries
  • 500 g frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 200 g yoghurt
  • packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tb of sugar
  • 200 g Meringue
Preparation: Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and sugar until semi-stiff. Stir in the yoghurt. Crumble the meringue. In a glass bowl, layer frozen raspberries, meringue crumbs and cream-yoghurt mixture. Repeat as desired. Finally, garnish with fresh raspberries.  

Suggestion: To be served within 2-3 hours.

RECIPE: CHAMPAGNE LEMON SORBET


Ingredients for 6 people:

  • 1 cup (500 ml) lemon sorbet
  • 1 bottle of champagne
  • Mint for decoration
  • Beforehand: Chill the champagne bowls in the refrigerator.

Preparation: Shape the sorbet into balls with two spoons and place in the cold champagne bowls. Open the champagne and pour over the sorbet. Decorate with mint.

Suggestion: Sorbet can be changed as desired, raspberry sorbet also tastes good with rose champagne.
