Our cashmere pieces are created with a commitment to lasting quality. At the Cashmere Spa, we carry this idea forward. Through expert care, careful cleaning and repair, we help extend the life of your knitwear and accessories — because IRIS VON ARNIM pieces are made to stay with you for a lifetime.
Cashmere and wool are exceptional natural fibres with lasting quality – provided they are treated with care.
Gentle cleaning, careful drying and proper storage help preserve the shape, softness and appearance of your pieces. Even small signs of wear such as pilling, pulled threads or thinning areas do not have to mean the end of a favourite piece – they can often be treated or repaired with care.

How can I have my cashmere piece repaired?
Please use our contact form and briefly describe your request. Once we have reviewed your enquiry, you will receive an individual quote.
How much does invisible mending cost?
As the level of work and feasibility depend on the material, knit structure and type of damage, pricing is determined after an individual assessment. You can find indicative prices in our price list.
How long does a repair take?
Repair work usually takes around 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the level of work involved.
Can I send in my piece by post or bring it in personally?
Once we have discussed your request and you have confirmed your order, you may send your garment to us or, by prior arrangement, drop it off in person.
Which materials can be treated?
Our service is focused on cashmere and wool.
What should I keep in mind before sending in my piece?
To ensure we can treat your piece in the best possible way, we kindly ask that you send us freshly cleaned garments only.
We also recommend placing the garment in a sealed bag in the freezer for at least 48 hours before sending it. This can help eliminate any moth larvae and prevent them from spreading to other textiles.
What happens if I decide not to go ahead with the quote?
If you decide not to proceed with the repair after receiving the final quote, we will of course return your piece to you. A handling fee of 10€ will be charged to cover assessment, processing and return shipping.
