E-Commerce & Digital Content Manager (m/f/d)

In this position, you will merge creativity with performance – developing content and e-commerce experiences that inspire, engage, and convert.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Management:
Plan, develop, and execute a strategic email marketing calendar, creating and managing newsletters that align seamlessly with our brand identity and commercial objectives - Onsite Content & Campaigns:
Conceptualize and deliver high-quality website content and campaigns in close collaboration with Marketing and Creative teams – bringing our brand universe to life digitally - Customer Journey & Automation:
Build, implement, and continuously optimize data-driven email flows to enhance customer retention and unlock incremental revenue - SEO & Content Integrity:
Ensure a consistent, high-quality, and SEO-optimized structure across al website content and newly implemented assets - Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Monitor and analyze campaign and content performance (weekly, monthly, yearly), deriving actionable insights to continously improve effectiveness and efficiency - Innovation & Testing:
Identify relevant digital trends and drive testing initiatives to optimize performance across website, email, and other digital touchpoints
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in email marketing and digital content – ideally within luxury, fashion, or lifestyle
- Hands-on experience creating newsletters (copy, design, deployment, and analysis), ideally using Klaviyo
- Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop and/or Canva
- Experience working with CMS and e-commerce platforms (Shopware is a plus)
- A strong sense of aesthetics, detail, and brand consistency
- Analytical thinking combined with a "test & learn" mindset
- A structured, self-driven approach and excellent time management skills
- Creativity, curiosity, and a strong sense of quality
- A passion for luxury fashion and digital innovation
- Fluency in both German and English
