Iris von Arnim x Paul Schrader
One of the most important happenings in German history celebrates a jubilee. The year 2019 will mark the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall and we are celebrating this with an exclusive launch. Iris von Arnim teamed up with the artist Paul Schrader and the luxury concept store The Corner Berlin in order to produce a sweater with exclusively designed 1989 Graffiti-Print, which is hand signed by the artist and limited to 89 pieces.
For both, Iris von Arnim and Paul Schrader, colour has a deeper meaning. They run like a red thread through every collection or picture and symbolize that our world can also be colourful.
In order to commemorate this great and positive change, as well as providing a special highlight, the sweater comes with a entry permit based on the original ones. This entry permit is not only individualized to the project, but also serves as an event invitation design.
'The Wall' sweater will be launched at an exclusive event on November 14 at The Corner Berlin West Store, Schlüterstraße 45 and will be available from November 15 in all Iris von Arnim stores and www.irisvonarnim.com.
